An initial, non-refundable deposit of $25.00 (plus proofing costs if a paper proof is requested) will be charged to your credit card for us to process your file and produce a proof. Upon your approval of the proof, we will charge you the balance of the job cost, minus the $25.00 (and paper proof costs, if any). If there are corrections necessary after the proof has been made, you can either send a revised file (an additional $25.00 to process and proof) or have us make the corrections.
Corrections are charged at $75.00/hour (minimum correction charge is $15.00). You will receive an estimate of cost BEFORE we proceed with correcting your file. You will have to return a written approval (email) of the estimated costs BEFORE we will correct your file.
* Normal turnaround time to complete a job for shipping is 4 working days after proof approval. Quicker service and/or shipping is an option you can choose in the Price Calculator.
* Files other than CMYK PDF’s MIGHT require Prepress intervention.
