PRIVACY POLICY
No information we collect for order processing is shared with any other website. The customer information is used to contact them in regards to their jobs, or inform them on InsidersPrinting.com products and services. Credit Card information is only used to bill the customer for products and services ordered. Job content will be treated as confidential and will not be shared outside the company. We use Authorize.Net for payment transactions. Authorize.Net is certified as compliant with card association security initiatives including the Visa Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP), MasterCard® (SDP), and Discover Information Security and Compliance (DISC).

PAYMENT POLICY
Payment for all jobs will be charged to credit card number provided. All InsidersPrinting.com printing costs are calculated on the website at the time the order is placed. Additional costs may be incurred if the client has not prepared the files correctly and the client will be contacted BEFORE these costs are charged.

An initial fee of $25.00 for processing the job and creating a soft proof (electronic pdf) will be incurred. If customer requests a hard proof (Epson, digital color proof) the fee of $25.00 plus the cost of the proof will be incurred. The credit card will be charged the remainder of the cost (minus the initial $25.00 processing and proofing costs, if any) after the proof is approved by the client.

Jobs may be cancelled before proof approval, but the initial $25.00 processing and proofing costs, if any, will not be refunded. Cancellation of jobs after a soft proof or hard proof has been approved by customer will result in the full cost of the job being charged to the credit card provided, and cannot be refunded.

All prices calculated on the website are subject to verification by insidersprinting.com. Any discrepancies will result in the client being notified of the discrepancy prior to the job being produced. Client may cancel job at this time if price as corrected is not acceptable.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
InsidersPrinting.com accepts all major credit cards–Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

CREDIT ACCOUNTS
Customers who frequently use InsidersPrinting.com can request a credit account. There is a minimum billing of $1,000.00 per month. A credit application must be filled out and approved before a credit account is opened. Customers seeking a credit account must pay per job while their credit application is pending.

ARTWORK POLICY
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all artwork submitted to us. The customer is encouraged to proofread the layout, design and copy carefully before submitting. If a customer does not request a proof, the customer accepts the responsibility that the files are prepared correctly and the order will print correctly. InsidersPrinting.com will reproduce submitted files, matching colors as closely as possible; however, we do not guarantee color matching due to the nature of electronic files and client workflow. If a job is color critical, the customer can request a hard proof (Epson Proof or digital color proof). Hard proofs are not available with 100% rush service as the Hard proof will have to be shipped to the customer for approval.

We archive files for up to 1 year for reorders; however, we are not responsible for any files lost.

CONTENT OF JOB
The customer is responsible for the content of their print file. Insidersprinting will not be held responsible for any unauthorized used of images or copyrighted material. InsidersPrinting.com reserves the right to reject jobs management deems inappropriate.

TURNAROUND TIME
Standard turnaround time is 4 working days after the customer has accepted their proof. A working day is defined as a 24 hour time frame, (Eastern Standard Time). This means that an overnight rush job approved at 8:00am will be ready to ship at 8:00 am the next day. However, due to shipping pick ups and schedules the file may not ship until 5:00 that evening. Incomplete order forms or artwork will delay initial processing of job. . Rush jobs increase in price as follows -- 3 day 25% / 2 day 50% / overnight 100%.

Turnaround time of 4 days is based on an internet product order. If an internet order cannot be processed in the time frame the client has selected, client will be notified by Insider’sPrinting and has the option to cancel the job before work starts on it. Customized jobs/quotes may require longer turnaround.

CUSTOM QUOTES
Quotes are valid for 15 days from the day it was submitted to the customer. All quotes are based on the specifications of the customer. If any of the elements of the job change or the order is being placed after the 15 day time period, a new quote is required.

SHIPPING POLICY
All finished jobs are shipped via Federal Express ground service unless faster shipment is requested by the client at the time of the order. Insidersprinting.com is not responsible for and has no control over FedEx deliveries.

ERROR POLICY
If InsidersPrinting.com does not produce printed products to industry standards not due to problems with the customer files, then InsidersPrinting.com will reprint and ship the order at no cost to the customer. InsidersPrinting.com will make all efforts to alert the customers to potential problems with their files. Full refunds to the customer’s credit card will be made only if InsidersPrinting.com fails to deliver time sensitive materials due to their own negligence. InsidersPrinting.com will not be held responsible for the failure of contracted companies (shippers, mail houses, etc.) to produce the clients job according to schedule. InsidersPrinting.com reserves the right to reject a job management feels cannot be completed in a specifically requested time frame.

IN-HOUSE DELAYS
We strive to process all jobs in the required time frame requested. However, from time to time there may be delays in production due to in-house work load. We will do our best to meet the due date, and in case we cannot, we will notify the customer of the delay as soon as possible.

This site is provided as is and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. InsidersPrinting.com does not warrant that the functions contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Certain names, words, or phrases at this website may constitute trade names, trademarks or service marks of Microsoft Corp., Adobe, Quark or of other entities. The display of trademarks on this website does not imply that a license of any kind has been granted.
